1. Who we are

2. Quotes & pricing

All prices shown on this website are starting estimates and placeholders. Your final quote is confirmed in writing before any work begins and reflects the number, size, height, and accessibility of your windows, plus any optional add-ons. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Booking & scheduling

A booking is confirmed once we agree a date and you accept your quote. We'll do our best to arrive within the agreed window. If we're running late due to weather or earlier jobs, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

4. Access & safety

Our cleaning is exterior-focused, so please ensure clear access to your windows where possible. We reserve the right to decline any task we consider unsafe; in such cases we'll discuss alternatives with you.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

You're welcome to reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a small fee to cover reserved time, which we'll always communicate in advance.

6. Our satisfaction promise

We stand behind our work. If you're not happy with any part of a clean, let us know within 48 hours and we'll return to put it right at no extra cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. Recurring-plan clients may be invoiced on an agreed cycle.

8. Liability

We take great care with your property; however, we are not liable for pre-existing defects such as damaged seals, loose frames, or already-cracked glass. Please flag any known issues before we begin.

9. Privacy notice

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details you provide about your property. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and provide our services. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Form submissions are delivered to us as a notification through the third-party service ntfy.sh, which routes the message to our devices. We retain enquiry details only as long as needed to serve you and meet our records obligations. To request access to or deletion of your data, email DWGwindows@gmail.com.

10. Website analytics

We use lightweight, privacy-respecting notifications to understand site activity and respond quickly to enquiries. We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.
